In our sessions, we will engage in open, honest, and often uplifting dialogues around the topics that matter to you. It could be your work-life balance, your nutrition or your stress management. You will be given the opportunity to reflect, assess, respond, and ultimately reach your goals in a friendly, non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Wellness Igniter

This package is perfect if you are just at the beginning of your wellness journey and want to start making some positive and sustainable changes in your lifestyle. We will look at the 5 pillars of health and focus on the area you feel would be more beneficial to you. We will then make goals tailored to your needs and you will be able to implement changes from your first session.

    • 1x 60 minute, 1:1 coaching session which includes a thorough consultation

    • 3x 30 minute, 1:1 sessions on week 3, 5 and 8 (can be spread over 3 months maximum)

    • Goal setting

    • Nutritional guidance

    • Useful resources and techniques tailored to your needs such as recipes, relaxation techniques and organisational strategies.

Wellness Explorer

This package is ideal as a follow up from “The wellness igniter” or as a stand alone. It will allow you to delve into a deeper understanding of yourself and the steps you need to take to reach your optimal wellness. The wheel of life gives you a bird view of your life balance and helps you to quickly identify the areas in your life needing more TLC.

    • 1x 90 minutes coaching 1:1 which includes a thorough consultation and wheel of life to help you identify the areas that need more TLC.

    • 4x 30 minutes 1:1 coaching sessions for accountability and support on week 3, 5 , 8 and 10 (can be spread over a maximum of 4 months)

    • Nutritional guidance

    • Educational handouts, recipes, relaxation techniques, self development exercises depending on your needs

    • 1 week support after the program is finished (via WhatsApp)

Wellness Redefined

Having a chronic condition can make it more difficult to look after yourself, and often impacts your mood and self-esteem. This package is perfect for you if you have a chronic condition (fibro, high blood pressure) or have been finding it difficult to navigate the changes of life (perimenopause and menopause).

This package is optimised to help you to take charge of your wellness by encouraging healthy habits, lifestyle tweaks, and giving you a better understanding of how to manage your condition.

    • 1x 90 minute 1:1 coaching session where we will discuss your health issues and how your daily life is affected.

    • 5x 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions for accountability and support on weeks 3, 5 , 7, 9 and 11. We will cover key areas such as pacing, activity, nutrition , relaxation and how to best manage setbacks and flare ups (can be spread over a maximum of 4 months).

    • 1x 60 minute 1:1 coaching session at the end to empower you to carry on in your new good habits.

    • This package is perfect to help you feel more in control of your health and be back in the driver’s seat.

    • 2 weeks support after the program is finished via Whats App
