My Journey

I’m Sandra, a holistic therapist and NHS accredited Health Coach. I offer on line sessions and I also work part -time as a Health Coach for the Coast and Country PCN.

My background is an MSc in Cellular Biology but I have always been interested in Complementary Therapies, how our body works and its ability to heal.

I have been a holistic therapist for 15 years now and over the years I have spent a lot of time deepening my knowledge in different areas: nutrition, aromatherapy, mindfulness and, more recently, Health Coaching with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I am a French native speaker so I can also offer sessions in french.

My own health journey gave me the opportunity to understand how chronic pain can affect you physically and mentally and how crucial diet, movement, sleep and stress management are for optimal wellbeing. As a result, I am particularly interested in pain management and chronic conditions such as ME, Fibromyalgia and how small changes in our daily habits can have a big impact on pain and energy levels.

Health looks different to everyone and I think a personalised approach is essential. I like to take a holistic approach that looks at the different aspects of health: Physical (nutrition, sleep and movement) and Emotional (stress management, anxiety…) to make sustainable, lasting changes to help you reach your optimal health. People say that I have a positive caring approach and good empathy skills. I will be walking by your side through this amazing journey to become a healthier, happier version of yourself.
