aaand relax...
For over 18 years, I have supported adults and children through stress, anxiety, muscular tension, persistent pain, headaches, jaw tension and different stages of life.
From my treatment room near Bude, Cornwall, I offer complementary therapies tailored to you—not a standard routine given to everyone. We will talk about how you are feeling, what your body needs and what feels comfortable before deciding on the most appropriate approach.
Whether you want time to deeply relax, help with muscular tension or a supportive treatment alongside a period of change or recovery, the aim is to help you feel calmer, more comfortable and more connected with your body.

Holistic massage is a personalised treatment that considers how you are feeling physically and emotionally, rather than following the same routine for everyone. I use a combination of flowing massage techniques, with pressure adapted to your comfort and preferences.
It may be helpful when you are experiencing muscular tension, everyday aches, stress or mental fatigue, or simply need time to slow down. Each session is shaped around the areas that need attention and how you would like to feel afterwards.

Indian Head Massage focuses on areas where many people hold tension: the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It can be particularly soothing if you experience a tight neck and shoulders, scalp tension, tired eyes or tension-related headaches.
The treatment can be adapted and carried out either lying down or seated, making it suitable for people who do not feel comfortable on a massage couch. Despite the name, it offers much more than a scalp massage and can create a deep sense of physical and mental calm.

Myofascial release is a slow, gentle form of hands-on bodywork focusing on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and connects muscles, bones and other structures throughout the body.
Rather than forcing or manipulating the body, I use gentle sustained pressure and movement to work with areas that feel tight or restricted. It may be helpful when you are living with persistent pain, reduced mobility, the effects of an injury or long-held patterns of tension. The treatment can be used on its own or incorporated into a holistic massage.

Hot stone massage combines massage techniques with smooth, heated basalt stones. The warmth can help tense muscles feel more comfortable and allows the treatment to feel deeply relaxing without relying on very firm pressure.
This may suit you if you often feel cold, enjoy warmth or want a grounding, enveloping treatment. The pressure is adapted to you throughout, and I will check that the stones feel comfortable on your skin.

TMJ and jaw massage is a focused treatment for tension and discomfort around the temporomandibular joints, jaw, face, neck and shoulders. It may be helpful if you clench or grind your teeth, experience tinnitus and/or jaw tightness or notice that facial and neck tension accompanies your headaches.
Depending on your needs and consent, the session may include massage, trigger-point work, myofascial techniques and gentle intra-oral work using gloves. Everything is explained beforehand, and intra-oral treatment is always optional.

Aromatherapy massage combines gentle massage with a personalised blend of essential oils selected after a brief consultation. The treatment is adapted to your preferences, health history and how you are feeling on the day.
It may be a supportive choice when you feel stressed, tired or physically tense and want a calming sensory treatment. Where appropriate, gentle lymphatic-style movements may also be included. You will receive a small amount of your bespoke oil blend to continue using safely at home.

Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy in which gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet. Reflexology theory maps these areas to different parts of the body, although the treatment is not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Many people choose reflexology when they feel stressed, depleted or find it difficult to switch off. You remain fully clothed apart from shoes and socks, and the pressure is adapted to you. It is gentle, non-invasive and—despite a common worry—not ticklish.

This specialist reflexology treatment is adapted for pre-conception, pregnancy and the postnatal period. It provides time to rest and feel supported through stages that can bring physical discomfort, uncertainty and emotional pressure.
Reflexology does not treat infertility or guarantee pregnancy, but it may offer valuable relaxation and stress support while you are trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatment. During pregnancy, sessions are adapted to your stage of pregnancy, health history and comfort. Postnatally, they can provide a restorative pause while your body and daily life are adjusting.

Jikiden Reiki is a traditional Japanese form of Reiki offered through gentle, non-invasive touch while you remain fully clothed. Hands are placed on or just above different areas of the body, depending on your comfort and preferences.
People often choose Reiki when they need quiet, rest and a treatment that does not involve massage or movement. Experiences vary, but many describe feeling deeply relaxed or settled afterwards.

This relaxing holistic facial uses organic Trevarno skincare products. The 60-minute treatment includes cleansing, a mask, toning and moisturising, alongside massage of the face, scalp, neck and shoulders.
Gentle facial massage and a cooling jade roller add to the sensory experience. The 30-minute treatment offers a shorter option when you would like a little care and relaxation but have less time available.

I am not a Cranio Sacral Therapist yet. I am currently developing my craniosacral therapy skills following completion of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy 1 training, with further training planned.
Craniosacral therapy is a very light-touch approach, usually carried out while you lie fully clothed on the treatment couch. The session is quiet and led by how your body responds rather than following a fixed massage routine. People often describe feeling deeply relaxed, settled or more aware of their body afterwards, although every experience is individual.
These sessions are offered at a reduced practice rate while I continue my training and building my experience. They are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace appropriate medical care.
